You agree to provide all necessary content, information, and materials required for the completion of your project. Delays in providing this information may result in project delays.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs and content created by MIK Web Services remain the property of MIK Industries Limited until full payment has been received. After full payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

MIK Web Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, data, or business interruption.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
